This notice describes personal data processing when using pichlerai.com and contacting Pichler AI. Data is used to operate and protect the website, respond to enquiries and arrange possible services or meetings. Data processing for a subsequent client project is agreed separately.

The website uses Hostinger as its hosting provider. Technical connection and access data, such as IP address, time, requested address and browser information, may be processed to deliver the website, diagnose errors and protect the service.

Hostinger CDN is enabled for delivery through its distribution network. CDN and security processing locations, recipients and retention periods still require account-specific confirmation.

When you use the form, it sends your name, email address, enquiry type, message and, if provided, company and meeting request. The message is sent by email to appfactoryhq@gmail.com and used to handle your request. Direct email contact is also possible. No additional enquiry database is implemented on the website. Please do not send confidential client data, passwords or sensitive documents.

No external booking service is embedded. Meeting requests are arranged and confirmed personally.

The contact page uses the technically necessary session cookie pichler_contact to protect submissions against unauthorised requests. It is a session cookie without a fixed expiry date. The server uses session identifiers, request checksums and timestamps of sending attempts for security and to avoid duplicate messages. A keyed hash derived from the connecting IP address is used to limit repeated attempts. These mechanisms do not create advertising profiles.

On the homepage, your browser’s preferred languages determine whether the German or English version opens automatically. Other languages fall back to English. When you use the language switch, this website stores only de or en in localStorage under pichler_language on your device until you delete the website data or change your choice. Direct links to a language version remain unchanged. No location service or external geolocation provider is used.

Fonts and project images are delivered from this website. The construction game runs locally in your browser with predefined rules; it does not send game actions to an external AI service. The website code does not include advertising or visitor tracking, embedded social feeds or external videos. CalcBud and other external destinations are opened only when you follow a link; their own privacy terms then apply.

Hosting and email providers may receive data as part of delivering their services. The actual contractual terms, recipients and processing countries must be checked for the accounts in use. No agreement or transfer safeguard is asserted solely because a provider is named here.

Enquiries and related correspondence are retained for as long as needed to respond, carry out any agreed work or comply with applicable retention obligations. Data that is no longer needed is to be deleted.

Correspondence policy: Website enquiries explicitly marked as closed without an order are moved to Gmail Trash at the next hourly check six calendar months after closure is recorded. Gmail permanently deletes them after a further 30 days in Trash. New messages reopen the enquiry. Active enquiries, orders and records subject to retention obligations are handled separately.
Technical security data policy: The contact application limits session data to a 24-hour session lifetime. Session files and IP-based abuse-prevention files are removed after 24 hours without use at the next cleanup, scheduled every 15 minutes. Hosting logs, CDN logs and backup copies have separate retention rules that still require confirmation.

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about your personal data and request correction or deletion. Further rights may apply depending on the processing and applicable law. Contact the controller using the address above. Identity verification may be required to protect your data. You can also contact the competent supervisory authority; in Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
